# Terms of Service

By using the **Beep Boop** Discord Bot, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Bot.

**1. Bot Usage**

* The Bot is provided “as-is” without any guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or functionality.
* The Bot may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice.
* Use of the Bot must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

**2. User Responsibilities**

* You agree not to use the Bot for any illegal, abusive, harmful, or disruptive behavior.
* You must **not** attempt to exploit, hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Bot.
* You are responsible for any content or actions performed through your Discord account.

**3. Data Collection & Privacy**

The Bot may collect **limited data** as required for its features to function. This may include:

* Discord usernames, user IDs, guild IDs
* Messages or commands sent to the Bot (only if required for specific features)

We **do not**:

* Sell data
* Share data with third parties
* Store unnecessary personal information

Any stored data may be cleared upon request or periodically removed automatically.

**4. Server Administrator Consent**

By adding the Bot to a server, the server owner or administrator confirms that:

* They have the right to authorize the Bot's access.
* They understand the Bot may require certain permissions to work properly.

**5. Abuse & Misuse**

We reserve the right to:

* Remove access to the Bot
* Blacklist servers or users
* Disable commands or features

…if the Bot is used in a way that violates these terms.

**6. Liability**

We are **not** responsible for:

* Damages caused by use or inability to use the Bot
* Loss of data
* Discord server issues or disruptions

Use of the Bot is **at your own risk.**

**7. Changes to Terms**

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
